These terms apply to every project you order from Papnex. By accepting a quote, you agree to them.
01Quotes and scope
Each quote describes the work, price and delivery date. Quotes are valid for 14 days. Work outside the agreed scope — extra pages, new features, a changed process — is quoted separately before we start it.
02Payment
Orders under $100 are paid in full when the quote is approved; larger projects are paid 50% up front and 50% on delivery. Accepted methods: PayPal, Payoneer, Wise and bank transfer. Final files are released once payment is complete.
03Delivery and revisions
We deliver by the date in your quote, provided we have the files and answers we need. Each project includes 3 rounds of revisions within the agreed scope, requested within 7 days of delivery.
04Your content
You confirm you have the right to use and modify the documents, text, logos and images you send us. We don't check the legal accuracy of form content, and we don't provide legal advice about signatures or compliance.
05Ownership
Once paid in full, the delivered files are yours to use, change and distribute. We may show a project in our portfolio only with your written permission.
06Compatibility
We test forms in the viewers listed in your quote. PDF features such as calculations and scripts depend on the viewer used; we can't guarantee behaviour in viewers that don't support them, or in future software versions.
07Liability
Please check delivered work before using it. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.
08Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Work completed up to that point is charged in proportion to the work done, and any unused deposit is refunded.
