What does Papnex do?+
We build fillable, signable and calculating PDF forms, convert forms to online versions, and handle PDF editing, design, OCR and file clean-up. See all nine services.
How long does a project take?+
Simple forms usually take 1–2 working days; longer or logic-heavy ones take more. Your quote always includes a delivery date. Rush delivery is available.
Do you work with clients in other countries?+
Yes. Everything happens online, and we adapt date, number and currency formats to your region.
Files & formats
What can I send you?+
PDF, Word, Excel, scans, phone photos or a hand-drawn sketch. If you can see it, we can usually work from it.
What file types do you deliver?+
PDF in every case, plus editable sources (Word or InDesign) where a project includes design, and a live link for online forms.
My file is very large. How do I send it?+
Share a link from Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or similar in the quote form.
Fillable forms
Will my form work on phones?+
Fields can be filled in the Acrobat Reader mobile app. Some built-in phone viewers have limited form support and may skip calculations. If most users are on phones, consider an online form.
Can people save a partly completed form?+
Yes. In Acrobat Reader and most modern viewers, filled-in answers save with the file.
Can a form email itself back to us?+
A submit button can open the user's email with the completed form attached. It depends on their email setup, so for guaranteed collection an online form is more reliable.
Signatures
Are e-signatures legally binding?+
Many countries recognize electronic signatures for most everyday documents, but rules differ by country and document type. We set up the form; please confirm legal requirements with your lawyer.
Do I need DocuSign or Acrobat Sign?+
Not necessarily. A signable PDF works without a subscription. A platform adds tracking, reminders and an audit trail — useful for higher volumes.
Pricing & payment
Is the quote really fixed?+
Yes, for the agreed scope. If you add pages or features later, we'll quote the extra before doing it.
How do I pay?+
Orders under $100 are paid in full when you approve the quote. Larger projects are split 50% to start and 50% on delivery. We accept PayPal, Payoneer, Wise and bank transfer.
Do you offer discounts for bulk work?+
Yes — batches of similar forms or large page counts get volume pricing. See Pricing.
Privacy & security
Will you sign an NDA?+
Yes. Tick the NDA box on the quote form and we'll send one before you share files.
What happens to my files afterwards?+
They're used only for your project and kept for 30 days for revisions, then deleted. Ask and we'll delete them right away. Details in our privacy policy.
