PDF form or online form — which should I choose?+
Choose online if most people will use a phone or you want answers collected automatically. Choose PDF if the document must keep a fixed printed layout or be filed as a signed copy. Many clients keep both.
Who owns the form and the responses?+
You do. We build inside your account, or transfer the form to you at handover.
Can each submission still produce a PDF?+
On many platforms, yes — each response can generate a PDF copy for your records. We'll check what yours supports.
Are there platform fees?+
Some platforms are free; others charge for higher volumes, payments or uploads. Any subscription is paid to the platform directly, not to us.
