Papnex (“we”, “us”) provides PDF form and document services. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our projects, and how we use it. Contact: Papnex, through the contact form.
02What we collect
- Contact details you enter in the quote form: name, email, company.
- Project files you send us, and any information they contain.
- Billing details needed to invoice you.
03How we use it
To reply to your request, prepare quotes, deliver and support your project, send invoices, and improve this website. We don't use your files for any other purpose, and we don't sell or rent personal information.
04Your files
Project files are stored securely and accessed only by the people working on your project. We keep them for 30 days after delivery so we can handle revisions, then delete them. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time. An NDA is available on request.
05Services we rely on
We use a small number of trusted providers for email, file storage and payments. They process data on our behalf and only as needed: Cloudflare (website delivery), our email provider, and PayPal, Payoneer or Wise when you pay through them.
06Cookies
This website sets only the cookies it needs to work: a session cookie and a security token that protects the quote form. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
07Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us through the contact form and we'll respond within 30 days.
08Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
