I don't have the original Word or design file. Is that OK?+
Yes — that's exactly what this service is for. We work directly on the PDF.
What if the font isn't available?+
If you can provide the font, we'll use it. Otherwise we match it as closely as possible and show you before finalizing.
Is your redaction really permanent?+
Yes. Redacted text and images are removed from the file, and hidden data such as metadata can be cleaned too.
Can I get the editable source back?+
If you'd like a Word or design-file version for future edits, ask for a rebuild — it's quoted separately under Document Design.
